Contemporary Education and Community Engagement (CECE) is a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to promoting scholarly discourse and disseminating research findings in the field of education and the education community. CECE aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and disseminate high-quality research that explores innovative approaches, best practices, emerging trends in education, and community engagement initiatives.

CECE aims to serve as a platform for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and community stakeholders to exchange ideas, share best practices, and collaborate on innovative approaches to community empowerment. Subjects suitable for publication include but are not limited to the following fields: Adult and continuing education, Curriculum development, Educational technology, Environmental education, Higher education, Inclusive education, Lifelong learning, Multicultural education, Pedagogy, Policy analysis and educational reform, School-community partnerships, Service-learning, Social justice education, Special education, Teacher education and professional development, and Youth engagement and development.

CECE welcomes original research articles, case studies, reviews, and theoretical papers that contribute to advancing the theory, practice, and scholarship of community engagement in the areas of education and the education community.
