Author Guidelines
Author/s who wants to submit his/her article, please expected to consider the following rules:
General Requirements:
- Manuscript in the form of a report on the results of research on business management problems.
- The manuscript must be original, pay attention to scientific writing's norms and ethics, have never been published, and are not being considered for publication in other journals.
- Manuscripts are written in English with due observance to the general guidelines for English spelling.
- The article could be written in English.
- The length of the submitted paper is at least 9 pages and no more than 25 pages.
- Use a tool such as Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and choose the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th style edition.
- The author should refer to the Journal of Management and Business Insight Article Template for writing format and style. Please download and use it as a template for initial manuscript submission.
- Author should use recent references (no more than 10 years back) with the composition of 80% from scientific articles (prioritize to international journals) and 20% from books and other references.
- The author must attach the plagiarism test result (excluding reference list) at the end of the manuscript with similarity score no more than 20%.

Structure of Manuscript:
- Title. The title of paper typing without acronym or abbreviation, case study. include object and focus research (no more than 12 words).
- Abstract. in the form of the essence of the entire writing, written narratively, not more than 200 words, consisting of one paragraph and written in one space. The abstract is recommended to be made in English for articles. Keywords are listed after the abstract.
- The introduction section covers the background to the research issue or problem, as well as the urgency and rationalization of the research. This section also describes the aims and contributions of the research.
- The Review of Literature and Hypothesis section contains a literature review that is used to support the research concept. The literature review is not limited to theory, but also empirical evidence. Research hypotheses (if any) must be built from theoretical concepts and supported by empirical studies (previous research).
- The research method section describes the research design, scope or object, main materials and tools, location, data collection techniques, operational definitions of research variables, and analysis techniques.
- The results and discussion section presents the research results. The results of the research can be supplemented with tables, graphs (pictures), and/or charts. The discussion section describes the results of data processing, interprets the findings logically, associates them with relevant reference sources.
- The conclusions and suggestions section provides a brief summary of the research results and discussion, the limitations of the study, and suggestions for further research.
- Writing references and citations referred to in the manuscript is recommended to use a reference manager such as Mendeley. Writing citations in the manuscript and bibliography follows the APA 7th style edition.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

Scientific articles do not contain substances of plagiarism. Articles submitted have never been published and are not considered for publication in another journal or proceedings either in print or digital.

The submission file is in DOC, RTF, or PDF document file format. Conform to the standard of the journal template, and the text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About The Journal. The length of the submitted paper is at least 9 pages and no more than 25 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper is needing more than 25 pages

References expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers. It used a tool such as Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and have chosen the APA 7th style edition. If it is available, URL for the references please to be included and be ascertained in inaccessible conditions.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in ensuring a blind review have been followed.

If the author requests withdrawal of his/her manuscript when the manuscript is still in the peer-reviewing process, the author will be punished as the withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if accepted by another journal.
