Author Guidelines

Papers are invited from anywhere in the world, and so authors are asked to ensure that sufficient context is provided for all readers to appreciate their contribution.

Types of papers

The types of papers that may be considered for inclusion are the original research paper,

  1. The author(s) must use the ADIL guide (download) as a template.
  2. ADIL accepts scientific articles with the following requirements: The article is original and should be written in good English in a soft copy of 5000-7000-words length, typed in 12 Garamond, and in a single space.
  3. It is a result of scientific research, an implementation of theories, a discussion of current issues, or an analytical and critical study on Tourism Law and other relevant topic as mentioned in Focus and Scope.
  4. It is never published in any other publication.
  5. The title should be informative and brief with an abstract of 100-200 words length and keywords.
  6. The article should completely consist of: a title, writer's name and institution, email, abstract with keywords, introduction, research method, findings and discussion, conclusion, references, and attachment(s) if necessary.
  7. Quotations should be included in the body of text except for ones that exceed 5 lines at length. These should be typed in single space, 10 character indention, center position with no quotation marks.
  8. More detailed information on writing style and the referencing system is provided in the template.
  9. The author(s) should ensure that the manuscripts have passed through professional proofreaders to guarantee the absence of grammatical issues. 

Please note that any papers that fail to meet our requirements will be returned to the author for amendment. Only manuscripts that are submitted in the correct style will be considered by the editors.
